Radical change begins with a single step
Our sessions will be
-
Personalized
Before we begin sessions, you will fill out an intake form that helps us get a better understanding of your goals and pain points. I seek to understand which areas of your life you are least satisfied with and what you hope to gain through sessions together. This form becomes the blueprint that informs future sessions.
-
Integrative
I have worked with a wide range of pain points: spiritual growth or crisis, career path and planning, children & teens, family issues, relationships, marriage, divorce, depression, anxiety, dissociation, OCD, chronic illness, self harm, suicide, and more.
-
More than listening
My approach is to explore how you can implement real change in order to foster the healing process outside of our sessions together. I offer “homework assignments” that are designed uniquely for your specific personal discovery and expansion. I will challenge you through my gentle and unique approach.

FAQs
I can’t afford your rate. Do you offer sliding scale?
Mental healthcare is a human right. I deeply believe that healing of any kind must be accessible to all. I am also aware of the reality that we all have to survive in a capitalist society. So while I believe that my sessions are priceless, I offer income based sliding scale. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.
Are you a therapist?
No, I am not a licensed therapist. My sessions are trauma informed and therapeutic in nature, and although I have been trained in various capacities and institutions I do not claim to have the same training as a conventional licensed therapist would have. For example, I am not trained to diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medications, or eliminate symptoms of complex PTSD, personality disorders, or other mental illnesses. I will refer you to a licensed therapist who is trained to aid with your specific needs if I find that this is the case.
What if I’m not religious or spiritual?
Although my healing approach is deeply spiritual in nature, I do not impose my beliefs on anyone. I do however offer a prayer for your healing at the end of every session which is not required for clients to participate in.
WHy are sessions 90 minutes long?
Throughout the years of my own healing journey as a patient of many traditional licensed therapists, I have found that the customary 50 minute duration limits exploration. I often found that I would begin to uncover something important around the 40 minute mark and we would only have 10 minutes left to process. With 90 minute sessions I have found much better results with my clients in their uncovering and discovery process.
How many sessions will it take for me to heal?
The healing journey is described as a journey because it shifts and changes as unpredictably as our own lives do. Everyone has a unique combination of experiences, strengths, weaknesses, privileges, and disadvantages. Despite this reality, it is important to note that individuals who show up consistently every week to sessions and take their homework seriously tend to grow and transform at the fastest and most dramatic rate.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
All sessions are virtual and require video call. Behavioral science research shows that most of human communication is non-verbal, so being able to witness body language and facial expressions is crucial for sessions.
